“Window to the World” is an educational experiential study tour and is an initiative of the visionary leadership and guidance of the Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach. It aims to give access to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in rural areas in Cambodia to visit Phnom Penh city. The trip will cover cultural visits, educational visits, some historical sites in Phnom Penh that shape Cambodia as it is today, universities, and a discussion with Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach.
